Is it an Offense to God to not use fossil fuels, gasoline, coal, or natural gas?

The Parable of the Talents talks about someone who hid their talent and basically starved, while the person who used and multiplied their talent thrived.  Does that mean to leave fossil fuels like oil, natural gas and coal in the ground is a form of “hiding talents” that God gave us, and meant for us to extract and multiply their value for the enrichment of us all?  Really?  Maybe God wanted us to observe the beauty of the common Lily in the Field, and thereby value the natural world, and not pollute and poison it with stuff that God buried safely underground? This following video reminds me of a piece I wrote back in 2006 on how to establish control over a society.  This is a multi-generational process but as I’ve thought about it the last 6+ years it seems ever so true.  The first step is to Beg, borrow, steal or forge a set of spiritual writings.  Once you’ve got those spiritual writings under your control, you establish them as the infallible Word of God, and then appoint a set of people who are the Official Interpreters of the Infallible Word of God.  From that point you can control the way the populace believes, and what direction the populace wants to go.With that in mind .. watch this video … and tell me how this isn’t Religion being abused to make the populace continue paying $$$’s to the oil companies.
